Growth and Gratitude

Sunday’s are always a day in our home to really reflect on our past week of growth and gratitude’s while also getting excited and planning for the week ahead! ✨
Here is a Sunday activity to bring clarity on where you energetically are at and will allow you to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be in life.✨
Rate yourself 1-10 on these topics.
 1. Good Brain Diet- avocadoes, blueberries, broccoli, coconut oil, green leafy vegetable, tumeric etc. (all are neuroprotective)🌿

 2. Killing Ants (Automatic Negative Thoughts)- How well are you controlling your self-talk? Do you let your thoughts dictate your actions?🌞

 3. Exercise/ Movement- The #1 function of your brain is to control your movement. It stimulates neurogenesis, neuroplasticity and brain derived nootropic factors.🏃🏻‍

 4. Brain Nutrients/ Vitamins- Are you supplementing with nutrients that are specific to you and your health? 🧠

 5. Positive Peer Group- How inspired, encouraged, challenged and energized are you by your peer group? The people that you choose to spend your time and energy around. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

 6. Clean Environment- How clean and organized is the environment that you live and work in? Your external world is a direct reflection of your internal world and vice versa. The cleaner your environment is creates more space for more clarity in your life.🏡

 7. Sleep- How great is your quality of sleep? Sleep is so important for the brain as it is where you consolidate short to long term memory, where the most healing takes place, cleans plaque out, etc. 🌙

 8. Brain Protection- What are you doing to protect your brain from things like EMFs?🌀

 9. New Learnings- What are you doing to continually learn and grow every day? It has been shown that learning can add years to one’s life. This is how you create neurogenesis and neuroplasticity.✍🏼

 10. Stress Management- How are you managing your stress? When you are in a state of stress nothing in life flows with ease. 🌅

Let this be the motivation and drive you need to push yourself to the next limit and bridge that gap so that you can be expressing your life at the highest potential.✨
