OUR INTEGRATIVE APPROACH
1. PERSONAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT
One of our concierge wellness doctors will come to you and spend up to 90 minutes with you. This visit is designed to get to know you better inside and out as well as answer any questions you may have. We will also spend this time where you get to experience a comprehensive history, neurological evaluation, full spinal assessment and posture/gait analysis. This gives us a better idea of the greatest areas of stress in your body and determine the underlying root cause of your concerns.
2. REPORT OF IMPRESSIONS
Your concierge wellness doctor will share findings from your health assessment and together you will come up with a plan of action and care plan that is tailor-fitted so you may achieve your optimal health and vitality goals.
3. PERSONALIZED CARE PLAN
We’ll support you on your health journey to implement your recommendations which may include physical, nutritional, neuromuscular, emotional and lifestyle elements to support your transformation to a healthier and happier you.
4. REASSESSMENTS
Your concierge wellness doctors will be with you every step of the way and share your progress periodically, while also making any necessary changes to your personalized care plan to help you achieve your health and wellness goals with grace and efficiency.
